Component Collections

Academic users of SciTegic Pipeline Pilot will receive four component collections, including the Integration, R-Statistics, and Reporting collection, and one additional elective collection.

Included Component Collections

• Integration: Numerous flexible mechanisms to seamlessly link external applications and databases into a Pipeline Pilot data processing protocol
• R-Statistics: Statistical methods for data manipulation, clustering, learning, and data analysis
• Reporting: Components to create customized reports for visualizing the results of data analysis and mining protocols

Elective Component Collections

Academic users may also select one Collection from the following list:

• Chemistry: A comprehensive suite of molecular property calculators, filters, and manipulators
• Sequence Analysis: Essential bioinformatics tools and algorithms for creating practical sequence analysis workflows that complement any laboratory research
• Gene Expression: A tool set that allow you to process, analyze, and explore gene expression experiments

Additional Collections can be purchased, including:

• Modeling: Learning and data modeling tools, statistical filters, and clustering components optimized for large real-world data sets
• Text Analytics: Components for literature searching and text mining, document retrieval, text annotation, trend and correlation analyses, and many other text analysis procedures
• ADME/Tox: Tools that calculate predicted absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, and toxicity (ADMET) properties for collections of molecules such as synthesis candidates, vendor libraries, and screening collections
